The employees at the oil change department and the car wash are very kind and helpful. They completed the oil change quickly and then did a great detail job on our truck in the same afternoon.

I was greeted by an adrican american guy with twist without a smile: how can I help you and you need to pal them come inside! The attitude was straight face & not welcoming. Ireally need the oil removed fin my vehicle and they are close to me. The ONLY reason i allowed them to do service. Then he advised me to sit and wait for vehicle. I observed him with another customer he had the same demanding tone. 2 star service

Yet again it’s been about 4 years or so since I have visited. And again I hate to post this and thought I would give them another chance. So I visited today. Paid for the gold and got very subpar service maybe because I drive a truck. Told the gentleman wasn’t to concerned about outside more concentrated on the cleaning on the inside so employee said that outside would be done so I said ok. Still dirt on dash and looks like they barely reached in and wiped only the dust and dirt they saw not anywhere up by the windshield. Also rims and hot and miss on the outside of the truck. Looks like they didn’t even wipe the outside. Just done so buyer beware I guess if you drive and truck.

My kids and husband have always gone here for state inspections with no problems. I take a vehicle there and he will not inspect it. Never again. I will take my business elsewhere and make sure my family does not either.

Absolutely terrible service! I waited for an extended period of time in the office, was ignored along with other patrons, and once I asked the single employee if they are able to check tires he yelled at me in front of others and said,” I’m busy, why don’t you go to discount tire.” Do not trust this man with your vehicle.
