I had to share my fantastic experience with APS, which was truly above and beyond! I found myself in a bind after a last-minute truck switch left me with the wrong (though still brand new and boxed) power board parts. This was completely my issue, not theirs, but when I called and spoke with Emily, she was amazing. Even though I was outside the return window, they listened to my situation and swapped the parts for the ones I needed. They didn't have to do that at all, but they took on my problem as their own and solved it. This is customer service at its finest. Highly recommend!

APS is a great company. I had an issue with one of their products, and they went above and beyond to replace it. In less then one week, they had the replacement sent out honoring their warranty. They made it simple for even an old man to do easily. In this day and age it is hard to find companies that stand behind their products and value their customers like they do.

Have had a set of iArmor running board about 1.5 years and the paint on on the steps started to flake off. The truck sat in the garage almost all the time. Its was driven maybe 3 times a month. I had a work truck so never drove my personal that much. I took pictures of the steps and sent APS Auto parts pictures of the paint flaking off and the corrosion that was starting on the other 2 steps. They requested more information of my truck VIN and Year. I emailed them all that information and 24 hours after sending them that information, they sent me an email stating that the new steps are being shipped today. I did not expect that to be done that fast. I am very happy with the customer service that I received and how fast they replied and took care of the issue. I will be defiantly buy anothe

They sent me the wrong item it was Three weeks of sending them pictures and more pictures and I'm still waiting on the return label I will not ever deal with them Again
