Was time for tires on my Tahoe and Arandas is STILL THE Best place for tires and More! Good prices compared to box retailers. Quick service! Place is clean and inviting. GIANT selection of Rims. I’ve known about Arandas for over 15yrs thank to my late husband, Robert, so there was no doubt in my mind that I knew where I was headed when it came time to purchase rims. I had purchased rims for my old SUV 5yrs ago from the Grand location and this time my son and I decided to come to the Ashland location. From start to finish Jimmy, “Understood the Assignment”. He was very understanding in what my son and I wanted to accomplish for my Chevy Trailblazer. My son painted the vision & Jimmy bounced his ideas off on us. Ultimately, we were able to find the right rim that would sit “pretty” on my lil SUV(I’m girly)lol Thank you so much for making this such an easy transaction. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this particular place. However, this gentlemen who works there named Jose, has provided me with horrible customer service. I’ve been trying to get a set of rims and tires from here since last year and all together gave up because he will not return my calls like he says he will. I attempted again today. I spoke with the gentlemen (Jose) told him I wanted some rims and tires. Did the same thing again, said “he would send me pic and we’ll go from there. “0” nothing. Left me hanging. Horrible customer service. I feel so disrespected having been a loyal customer of theirs. Time to look for, and promote, someone else’s shop.

I was recommended to go here by another great shop. They were able to fix my rim pretty quickly as just a walk in. Great customer service and great work done. I’m very thankful.

Blew out a tire on LSD and learned that my rims were bent on top of losing a tire. Costco referred me here and they fixed my rim and gave me a new tire for a VERY good price - took all of 30 minutes including balancing and filling my other 3 tires. These guys are great!
