Archer Auto Glass

Great work on my car. I called the night before to see if they had a replacement. Lady on the phone told me they would order it for the next morning! Yeah some bits of glass but it’s a glass shop so it’s expected. Only took 3 hours since they were busy.

Called on a 2015 Kia Cadenza, this body was made 2 years not an easy windshield to find. The ladies at Archer Auto found one and installed was 45% cheaper than the other 3 places everyone calls. Came in at 8:15 on a Saturday and left before 9:30. Great experience.

Lost my business after going here over 10 years. I was told to bring my car in by 4pm. I arrive 3:45pm and was told they took the last car at 3pm. Can't make appointments. I drove over 30 minutes and rushed to get there. I will never go back!

The wait was forever, even though we were the only ones waiting. I would've given a better rating, but got home and noticed the top of the windshield was already coming out. Tried calling, but they were already closed. My car was the only bad car there... they should prioritize people who are there!

Archer auto glass is a phenomenal place to go. I had unfortunate individual break my windshield and my side mirror. Archer auto body shop completely fixed my windshield and put on my new side mirror within an hour and a half. The service was great and Lydia the woman who works at the front desk is very welcoming, and I appreciate the help that they gave me. If you’re looking for a place that does business right and gives you an affordable rate with great service this is where you need to go.
