I have been coming here for years. They're tried and true.

Was in for a smog and everything passed, but the tech “didn’t like the way the hoses looked” and that I should “meet him at the other office to make an appointment” but wouldn’t be able to give an estimate. It felt like I was really being bamboozled. I see this now in 2 other reviews; similar situation and similar statements. Went to another place and it passed fine. I really feel like everyone should save $80 and go somewhere else, even if it costs a little more. Save your money from the racket.

These folks are great. Went in for a smog test, failed, bummer. They explained to me visually and verbally what the problem was. Of course during rhe repair process more things came up. My Jeep is a 2004 runs great but occasionally things come up. Again went through the process with me and together we decided what needed immediate attention and what we could wait to do. I took in my class A for smog check, which weights 22,000 lb and 34 foot. Arch's crew was friendly and helpful. It was fairly easy getting in and back out on to the street. I will be back. Thanks!
