Whoever answered the phone was very rude and very aggressive. Even just hearing it in the tone of his voice before I got to explain what I was calling for. I got out two words and he cut me off started loud talking me and belittling the fact that I have proof my property manager just has a personal vendetta against me and wants to get my car towed because of some other personal reasons bwhen in reality I was very ill for a few weeks.Instead of calling and asking if the car was working or if I planned on getting it fixed she put a sticker on my car. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Because he acts like covid isn't serious stating that everyone says they are sick now and it's not going to change anything smh just rude and unprofessional

The owner/operator (or whomever is manning the listed telephone number during the afternoon hours) seems to think he’s not only a tow serviceman, but a repair man as well. My apartment complex authorized this business to place a tow sticker on my vehicle and when I tried to call and explain the situation and what the property manager discussed with me, he not only wouldn’t let me speak as I respectfully listened to him, he also hung up in my face but would not take my call when I tried to establish some sort of conclusion. Eventually placing my number on a block list, or turning the listed phone off as to reject my telephone calls. Sticker was placed on my truck with NO Explanation will contact the BBB if it get towed for no reason

Called to get the details of what’s needed to get my car never was told they close at 5 pm, nor that I would be charged for a day because they were closed, whomever I spoke with was rude and acted like I was crazy for trying to pick up my car after 5 pm. No customer service at all - couldn’t even leave a voicemail because it was full. They get no stars! They should be called No Hearts!

Rudy is awesome. great guy just doing his job. My property will continue to use his towing service and none other. Thanks.
