I guess the only reason I’m not giving a five star rating here is because they did not sell me a vehicle at a great price which would certainly earn a five star rating at any dealership these days. But they still get a four star rating because the sales person was very helpful and ultimately encouraged me to go to a different dealership when I showed him that they had a vehicle for less money similar to the one he had. In other words, he did not suggest that they might be able to meet or beat the price but said and I quote “ that’s a screaming deal! You should go buy it!” Kudos for his honesty! But it sure would have been nice to buy locally!

To start, I dropped off overnight on the wrong fate (too early). I called to confirm they received my vehicle and I was advised of my mistake. I offered to pick my vehicle back up but they insisted they would work it in the days schedule. It was in for an intermediate steering shaft and an out of house alignment. They got it done by the end if the day and called me when it was finished. I love dealing with Arena gmc. The owners and staff are and have always been amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

Scheduled appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Took over three hours before I got my truck back. Half the bay had lawnmowers being worked on. I purchased my truck from this same location and have always had an issue with getting things done in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back.

I can't say enough about Vince and his team in service. They were always very up front about the warranty and repair process for my Sierra, and they stuck to the realistic turnaround time that was given for my repair. Vince went out of his way to see to it that I was taken care of even when GM itself had fallen short. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

I brought my GMC Terrain there yesterday for service. It was still under warranty. They had the part and called today to say it was done (9 am). From when I called to see if they could fix it, to bringing the truck there, these folks went above and beyond what I would consider great service. Thanks and you earned a customer!
