The owner was super nice and friendly, answered the phone quickly. Answered my questions and was very helpful. I was hesitant based off of some older reviews, but he was a honest guy and it was fun talking to him! Hope to do business in the future!

Very nice and helpful man that answered the phone. Wasn't sure if he had the part I needed in his yard or partner yard, but took my number and said that come Monday he would do the legwork and call other/affiliated junk yards in his area to see if they had what I needed. Considering I'd been calling junk yards non stop from the area of Wellsville NY to where this place is located, I'd say that was incredibly thoughtful and considerate of this man to offer to do for me, completely unasked.

Completely unprofessional & I wouldn’t even waste the time of day calling the place, let alone giving them any of my money. Extremely rude & totally off topic.

Richner’s was an absolute Godsend. I got in an accident where the other driver was at fault. Long story short, Richner’s saved me a lot of money, had fantastic customer service/communication, and were the only bright side of the ordeal. Best car repair shop around 100%! You guys are awesome!!!

I needed a new rim for my car. I called Jeff, and he asked me to send pictures of the type and size. We talked two more times before it was delivered. It took less than a week, and he ensured it was the right fit before I paid. After doing a Google search, I found that they are mid-prized.
