See update below. Original review: I called Arizona Elite Towing Inc. three business days ago and got voicemail. I left a short but detailed message, including my name and number at both the beginning and end of the message, just to be sure they had it. I waited. No return call. No contact. I have no idea why they didn’t get back to me, but here are a few possibilities: They don’t need the business. They have more business than they can handle. Their voicemail system isn’t reliable. The person responsible for returning calls just isn’t doing their job. At the end of the day, the reason doesn’t really matter, what matters is that, in my experience, they are not reliable. If you decide to give them a try, I strongly suggest calling repeatedly until you reach an actual person because, b

24/7 but they reject your call after 2 rings. If your not actually gonna provide 24/7 service remove it from your info.

Very quick, friendly and efficient service. Couldn’t of asked for better service. After paying one tow bill yesterday to another company for bringing it to the repair shop only to find out it needs to go to the dealership I was in search of an affordable but reputable company to deliver it. Terrible customer service. I schedule an appointment for a car to get picked up and I called she told me she didn’t even write down the appointment. Sunday morning at 8am was the pick up appointment and no call no show. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited an hour. Still no call. I called them multiple times no answer. Finally I get a call back. She tells me she’s very sorry for the driver not being there. I told her no problem I still need the car picked up. She then told me for sure we can still do it with a discount and that the owner we be picking it himself and that she will call me back in a half an hour. Guess what?? No call back and I lost my deposit for the car and the car itself. So thank you Arizona Elite Towing !!
