Arizona Kawasaki KTM Triumph Tucson

Took my 1997 Kawasaki Vulcan 800 Classic for an oil change and fuel leak check. Ended up needing a new petcock and complete carb rebuild. Daniel also replaced headlight and ran USB cord while the tank was off. They usually do not work on bikes older than 10 years. They took care of me because the bike is in excellent shape. I was able to supply all the parts needed except for the carburetor parts. Luckily they were able to get those still. Bike purrs like a kitten now. Daniel did great work! Fabian and the rest of the Service crew were amazing. The bike was there for more than a minute. I appreciate everyone involved for their customer service and work ethic. I purchased a new Triumph 800 Sport motorcycle from AZT . I ordered new hard bags through them and had issues with the tumbler lock. A lot of back and forth but in the end Nathan in service department went above and beyond to make things right.. I’m older and appreciate good customer relations when I see it. The entire staff is professional and courteous, I have trusted them with all three of my Kawasaki motorcycles for years and their work has always been thorough, professional, and surprisingly fast. 2002 Kawasaki Voyager XII just made a 4,500 mile trip thanks to Daniel's terrific work, bike runs like new with 51,000 miles on it. Bruce in sales is sharp and witty and has always pointed me in the right direction too, and he has been selling motorcycles at least since my classic Voyager XII was sitting new on a sales floor! We're very fortunate in Tucson to have competent and friendly technicians, it's not the case everywhere. Steve is always fun to talk to, and Andrew, Nathan, Garrett and the rest of the crew are always helpful too! Here's to many more years of good service.

A co worker of mine wanted me to take him to adrenaline motor sports to buy a motorcycle. So I asked him if he went here and he hadn't and since I didn't want to take time all the way to casa grande we went there. He ended up getting a new motorcycle from there. But they didn't even offer me a hat for bring them the business. Not cool.
