Was supposed to get a full synthetic oil and filter change, but inspecting the car to do an oil change at home revealed they never changed my filter. Left oiled footprints in my car. Best of all, my engine cover underneath was mangled by them by trying to connect it with the wrong screws (did they lose the screws? how could they mess up the easiest thing to put back on the car?) so I had to buy a new one. Using the wrong screws also messed up the places where it connects so that was damaged as well. So they: didn't do everything I asked/lied about doing everything, left my car dirty and damaged, and it took several hours just for an oil change. Will not trust them again

I came to Arizona Tire Automotive for a simple tire check, and the owner, Brian H., suggested I replace the motor mounts. I trusted them and approved the work. Big mistake! After the job was finished, we took it for a test drive, and the car immediately started making loud, horrible engine noises that weren't there before. Thinking they would fix their screw-up, I left my car there for TWO MORE DAYS. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. They wasted my time and still couldn't fix the problem. Brian kept dodging responsibility, claiming the noise wasn't related to the motor mounts, even though my car was PERFECTLY FINE before they touched it. Do not go to this repair man! He gave me my car back and worse shape that I brought it in. When I brought the car in initially, I just wanted him to get the weird sound out when I stepped on the accelerator. When I came back the first time, he said I needed a water pump. I said OK when I got the car back the car overheated and you couldn't steer the car. He said I need a rack and pinion. I said OK. When I got the car back is still couldn't steer and it's still overheated. So I took my car back. He said he needed something to do with the intake. So I paid for that and the car still didn't run right. So I took the car to Pete's automotive and they told me that he didn't even hook up the oil stick to the engine. Brought in my car for alignment and coolant flush, left with worse alignment after 3 tries and coolant leak from a damaged water pump after a month, never had coolant leak before on the car. They used universal coolant instead of the car specs required which caused the water pump to fail, so I end up paying $700 to replace the water pump at a different machanic I trust. They also left parts uninstalled after they tried to inspect the damages they caused.

Came here a long time ago to have some work done so I decided to go back I needed just an alignment but saw that they did other services. So they gave me a good price and then they went beyond that and showed me some other things that were happening to my car, which I knew were true cause I had the dealer tell me the same thing and a Mobile Mechanic, but I like that they were honest and showed me what was happening underneath the car And they didn’t push me to do the other work. You know they were honest with what the cost were and what I was looking at, so I appreciate them very much. I’m very happy with my car. !
