Arkansas Glass & Mirror

Was initially very pleased with their work. They installed my mirror efficiently at what I thought was a decent price. When they left I noticed black gluey marks on the top of my mirror which I assumed was on me to clean. I tried but didn’t have much luck until I used rubbing alcohol. For what I paid I would’ve liked them to finish the job. About 9 months into having the mirror installed, I noticed glue slowly seeping down my wall which eventually ended up discoloring the paint. All small issues that I was willing to let slide bc I’m not educated on mirrors & again I thought I got a pretty good deal! Well now it’s time to move my mirror & they are saying they no longer do that. Which is fine, I respect that & understand their point of view regarding liability, etc. I bought my mirror in 20

I called them to have 4 windows fix. They came out and when they finished they left a mess, broken glass. The job looked like a 5 year old had done it. I called and complain about it. They sent someone else and he didn’t do anything. I called for the third and asked for part of a refund and the owner said that they already had been there 2 times, like it was my fault. They also refused to give me an itemized receipt. Also one of the windows was missing the silicone. That place is going down hill quick. Had neighbors complained about the same thing. Will not use them ever.

Been 2 weeks of wanting shower door replaced. They were recommended to me but I'll never call them back nor will I recommended them. The girl who was supposed to help just tells me she is swamped. If I were you I'd look elsewhere first

We needed two pieces of glass. One small shelf for a curio cabinet (pictured below) and one for a china cabinet door. The results are perfect! Very helpful. Very friendly. Reasonably priced. Thank you AGM!

Careless and shoddy work. Had 3 windows replaced. The inside of the double paned glass is covered in sealant and fingerprints. Its all closed up, so now that can never be cleaned and will always look gross. The worst part is with the other two windows in the bathroom. They broke the trim, discarded it in the floor, left more sealant goop all over the floor and bathtub, so I guess I'll have to take a razor blade to it to have it removed... not sure how to deal with the goop they dropped down the drain. Bottom line, if you want someone to not care about whether the job is done well, these are the people to call.
