I paid $82 to have someone say they didn’t want to do the job. Wish they would’ve said that upfront saved me $82. When I dropped my vehicle off, I stated multiple times that it’s been diagnosed and I’m 90% sure it is the torque converter. I need it replaced. We were across the street at a store pretty much all day. It is a 40 minute drive from the store to my house. When I left there, my vehicle had not been touched yet. By the time I get home. They call me and said it’s not that bad. Let it get worse. Then they will feel comfortable doing a transmission rebuild. Not willing to just replace my torque converter now. If you don’t wanna do the work, just tell people upfront. Very disheartening now I have to take it to the dealer. Because I’m from Tulsa and can’t trust the shops out here I gue

Not a friendly place. After a nearly two hour wait, I returned expecting a transmission diagnosis. The receptionist politely explains in detail the failures in my transmission and the work that needed to be done, as well as a price quote of $6300. I agreed after the thorough explanation, and asked for the work to be done on paper. She refused, then reached out to owner, and he angrily refused. I went to another transmission shop with no documentation issues, and paid a more attractive price. Buyer Beware here.

Arkansas Transmission did an awesome job at a great price. Another shop quoted me at over $9,000 for a new transmission. The team here fixed my vehicle without a rebuild, saving me an obscene amount of money. They were quick, affordable, and excellent communicators. I am thrilled with the repair and their incredible professionalism.

I brought my truck over Monday (10/27) to have some transmission issues checked after being quoted $75 to diagnose the problem. They had the vehicle for the day while they did their testing and sure enough the trans was bad. After declining any services because let's be honest even the tech, I believe his name was joeseph (sounded like an older gentleman on the phone) said he wouldn't recommend spending $4,000 on a $3,000 truck that has engine issues already and I 100% agree. After letting him know I'd be up there asap to pay the diagnosis he was kind enough to waive it since there wasn't much to be done. That right there is honesty, integrity, and the epitome of being kind and forthright to you're fellow man. Although they didn't get my business this time I will recommend these fine gentl

I believe in supporting family local businesses. I have an older vehicle that would not reverse or drive. The AT crew took good care of me and charged me what they quoted. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again for your great service!
