The entire staff, from sales to service, are by far the best customer service I've experienced. After being hit by a deer on my '24 Street Glide, and surviving, they assisted me with the insurance process that involved the bike being totaled, they removed all the custom parts for me, and they assisted me with purchasing a new '25 CVO Road Glide. They're in the process of installing some additional upgrades for me, and they're going to store it for the winter so I can pick it up in the spring. I can't thank them enough for making the process as seamless as they did! I appreciate all of you!

Excellent service! Any questions I had were answered, an was treated well from the time I walked in the door till my new fourwheeler was loaded up! I can't remember her name but shout out to the new girl who went thru the the final paperwork process. Excellent services!

Neat dealer that has a wide variety of machines (besides HD) and has a big selection of merch too! There is a nice little tribute upstairs to some older stuff which was pretty neat!

a. "I purchased a Fatboy in November 2024. I am very happy with the entire purchase process and love the bike. I returned to Arkport to purchase a Honda Pioneer with a plow in time for the last big snowfall. I have a fairly long drive way I had stopped plowing, I just drove through the snow. I had to start plowing again because delivery drivers didn't like driving through my tire tracks lol. Anyway, Adam was my sales rep for both purchases and he is great. The service department is also great as they got my old Suzuki Eiger running again when I was ready to junk it!"

Went in to look for my first bike, I had the chance to talk to Nick about a CBR500 and was met with a very honest answer, great guy, they put you in the most comfortable decision for making a big decision. Wonderful place!
