Initially had them replace a starter and was satisfied, within a few weeks needed the crank shaft sensor replaced when I picked up the car I took it for a ride and was worse then when I took it in, told ralph but it went no where, I then took it to another garage and told them the crankshaft sensor was just replaced so they did a inspection and said the crank shaft sensor isnt working. they got to the sensor and took a picture of it never being installed correctly, it was not seated by about a quarter inch. They redid the installation and now it runs great. I took the picture the other garage gave me to ralph and he would not stand behind his work, never again will I go to him, if you want a garage that stands vehind there work, in my opinion look somewere else.

Had work done and was over charged. When I called to correct it I get no answers. I've left multiple messages and now they have resorted to not answering the phone. Horrible customer service. Reply to your reply: I was charged fairly for my head replacement. I Was still charged for intitial inspection when I was told multiple times I would not be. We spoke and I was told I'd get a call back. Never got one. I've called and my phone calls are not answered. I stick to my previous review. Also the check engine light has stayed on do to a vacuum leak. 4k later and still have a light on. And if you'd like I still have the receipts stating what I've said.

Had my car towed to this shop to have an alternator installed. After arriving at the shop to pick up my car, I noticed that there was extensive damage on the hood of my car that wasn't there before. The tow provided proof that the damage wasn't done by them and the vehicle was towed safely. My guess, the hood wasn't properly closed when the car was taken for a test drive and slammed open. The head mechanic wasn't the one who did the work to this car. ARM denies that this happened at their shop. Very unfortunate situation, Instead of trying to correct this accident, a mechanic at that shop is denying they made a mistake likely to save themselves from being accountable. Low car friendly alignments! here the passion for the automotive industry is apparent and doesn't feel as they are only there for a paycheck. staff is fantastic, everyone is very polite and honest, paired with knowledgeable and skilled techs well versed with all vehicles as well as the over-engineered euro world... These guys respect and appreciate customer vehicles as if their own ive found my forever garage

Overcharged. Appt. Was for inspection. Labor cost too high. All that was needed was back windshield wiper. They were to call if it needed parts (they didn't). They attached wiper and charged $30.00 extra. Will never go back their again. Rip off.
