ARM Automotive Repairs and Maintenance 2

i got a water pump replacement and valve cover gasket replacement. They were told about the service needing to be done around 4 pm on 2/23/26 and immediately got the parts ordered, when i dropped my car off around 430 pm so i didnt continue to drive it and cause damage they informed me that the parts would be there sometime in the morning the next day so they may not get it all done until 2/25/26. I said that was fine. But at 4 pm on 2/24/26 i got the text message saying it was ready. I have been to multiple mechanics in edmond, automotive md as well as juniors, big o, hibdon, kennedys, dwains, metric, firestone, meineke, and aamco over the past 16yrs, and i worked for precision tune in 2013. I’m not young, and over the years I’ve dealt with many repair shops, but hands down, Automotive Repair and Maintenance (ARM) is the best one I’ve ever worked with. They’re honest, keep their word, and do an excellent job every time. You can truly trust them like family, and they treat you the same way. A special thank you to Shawn for all your help and for going above and beyond. Highly recommend ARM to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled shop!

This was a great experience! Really appreciate the communication over texts because it’s so hard to talk while I’m at work. Even though the repair ran into hiccups you guys stayed on it and figured it out. We will hopefully never have to come back but if something breaks on our vehicles you guys will be our first call!

The shop in Tulsa is awesome. They are hard working and do a professional job with you being satisfied 100%as their goal. Stand behind their work and do it all at a fair price. West Tulsa needed what you provide . I don't want to break down again but if or when I do I know we're I'll be going. God bless you guys and I pray you will be around for a long time

Mike and he's team did a great job on my old truck. New Exhaust, all those oil leaks stopped. And 2 inch lowering shackles for the back. I'll be back for more upgrades later appreciate you guys. Can't wait to get some paint and body work from you guys as well. 🛻🚙🏎🏍🚚
