I left my van with Armando's from Friday evening to Wednesday afternoon, the day before Thanksgiving. it was stuttering and chugging as I drove it. I asked them to check the spark plugs, as I had essentially the same problem a could months back. they said the issue was the fuel filter or fuel pump. I trusted them, and we went with replacing those. they charged me over 800 for diagnosing, fuel filter, and fuel pump replacement. I picked it up on Wednesday afternoon, and the issues started up within 20 minutes of driving it after. I'm disabled and homeless, so what you do hits me in a big way. this has been my home and I was on my way to driving to housing for the first time in years. EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR MY TESLA 2013 MODEL S! I actually received better service at Armando's than the Tesla Dealer!! Fast, Friendly, SAME DAY service. DEFINITELY Recommend! Thank GOD I found this shop. Tesla Dealership can be a nightmare.

I was a bit worried to take my vehicle here due to the last reviews I read here, but I I read through most of the reviews and there was more good reviews than anything. So I decided to give them a try, I was having issues with my BMW X5 and I need it done quick without killing my pocket. Not only they found the problem quick, the price was fair. I got my car back in two days. I know that some places is not for everyone but I highly recomen this place.

Came here July 2019. This place just takes your money. The son is greedy and not trustworthy. My car was not fixed, they kept it for over a week and made the problem worse. I paid $750 for rack and pinion and when i picked it up, my car felt very weird. The son drove my car extremely fast down the street trying to fix the issue and ended up cracking my radiator. Took no responsibility for it and claimed it was already cracked. They wanted $900 to fix it. Do not take your car here. If I could give zero stars I would. AND IT WAS DEFINITELY THIS LOCATION!

I will not be returning because they told me over the phone $445 & repeated $445 a couple times & in person pretended $445 was never said they up it $100 so I paid $545. While getting charged the owner asked me if I was single bc his sons are looking for wife's or something along those lines among other comments he said he was just kidding but it’s still not appropriate. Also one of his sons, Carlos wasn't very discrete when looking at me up & down at me, he made it very obvious multiple times. When he gave me the yellow receipt & I went on my way to leave, Carlos asked me while looking at the paper “let me see if I gave you the right one.” Mind you it's a big receipt, I didn't put it away he can still see it & the receipts are color coded & he's given the same receipts a million times why
