Armand's Auto Body Shop

After someone backed into my car this past summer, I ended up taking it to Armand's Body Shop to do the repairs. I took it in at least four times, and each time they gave it back to me with different problems than when I went in. They were also unprofessional and hostile toward me when I returned, and the owner, Dan Dumont, threw me out of the shop on two of my visits. They were difficult to communicate with, and I had to keep calling and stopping by the shop just to get them to schedule a time to (try to) fix these ongoing issues. These issues started after the first time that Armand’s said the repairs were done. I looked over the car and wrote down a list of 18 items that were either broken, missing, or improperly repaired. Best repair shop i've been to. Great communication, honest work, and quick turn around. The guys there are super friendly. 10/10 experience.

After checking out 3 other auto body places I decided to have my 2008 Mustang painted at Armands. Absolutely the best decision I could have made. The mustang is beautiful, looks like it did the day we drove it off the lot. My thanks to Dan and his crew for all their hard work. I would highly recommend this business.

Went there close to the end of the day looking for an estimate on front end body work. Some Alan dude refused to even open the hood but then quoted me on "radiator work and repair" with a final total of around 3500. Also had friends with similarly outrageous estimates. These guys probably stay in business fixing police SUVs and bleeding good honest folks dry on "paint and labor". By the way someone else quoted me 800-1000 if that gives you an idea of the absurd greed available at Armands.

Quality work. They did work that another local body shop refused to do. I'm glad my local garage recommended this place.
