I won't ever do business with them or a Lithia dealer ever again. I have had GREAT experiences in the past with Lithia own dealerships, but after how this one is I will never again. Bought a $65,000 Jeep from them 3-months ago and service has been a nightmare. The first time when a safety issue occurred it took me calling Jeep to get an appointment/loaner car. Now fast forward to today and I call and ask to see if someone can just look at the front end of my vehicle (it was hit in a parking lot) and they tell me sure, for $169. No compassion about the car being it, just "pay me". Then they tell me, even though it is an Electric Hybrid with batteries, they can't recommend a place for any body work that needs to be done. Stay away, all they care about is getting the car sold then they never

Took my compass to get the winter tires switched over to my all seasons. They were a bit more expensive than surrounding places and farther than my usual choice of Lia in Schenectady. After being told I could use a coupon for service found on their website when making the appointment, I was told I couldn’t use the coupon when I arrived for the appointment. Not a huge deal as it was only around $10, I just don’t enjoy being told one thing and then a quick turnaround when I arrive a week later at my appointment. The real reason for the star rating was the quality of service. When they gave the car back it had what appeared to be sealant on the rims from putting the tires on and the driver side front tire was not put on properly and was leaking air. I wanted to like the new service departmen

First time here for service with my gladiator. Just needed an oil change. Called for an appointment and they said it wasn't needed just to drive in. I did. Oil change done in about 40 minutes even after estimated to take about an hour. Quick, polite, and efficient. It was perfect. Now I can call and cancel my appointment from another dealership for next week.

Dropped a car off for service. Said they couldn't work on a Ford. Fair enough. Said they might get a specialist and they'd get back to us. Never got back. When we called they said someone had picked it up days ago. They had no record of anyone picking it up and said it wasn't in their lot. They said they'd get back to us in an hour with a manager AAA had no documentation that the car had been picked up. We thought that someone had stolen it. 4 hours later we showed up and their excuse was "we had the wrong phone number". Fair enough. BUT THE NUMBER IS DOESNT GO ANYWHERE! ITS NOT REGISTERED! Also the correct number was given like 3 times. And don't give us the run around and false information if you don't know. Simply checking if the keys were in stock would've solved everything. Don't tel

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass from the Armory back in mid/late-December. The sale itself went well enough, Tyrell was very friendly and helpful. That was the extent of my good experiences with this dealership. I had to return twice in the next month to sign paperwork that they failed to complete properly on day one. Worst of all, my car died twice last week before I was able to take it in for a checkup. I took it to the dealership that Saturday morning and, after almost 2.5 hours wait time, had the battery replaced (only one other customer in-house). I was charged for the battery and a diagnostics test. Originally this ran up to a total of $330 (pre-tax), I made a fuss and they “graciously” dropped the cost and I paid $291 (after tax). I have had this car less than 4 months and it dies o
