Armory Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Albany Service Center

I brought my jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was great, they did a whole inspection on the vehicle and added videos. They were prompt and very courteous. The service guy Marlon was very professional. My only issue with the process was the use of AI answering the phone when setting up the appointment. Not sure why management thinks that is a good idea.

I had a tough time with the online part to make an appointment so I ended up going in on a Friday morning through the Express Lane & the gentlemen took care of me right away. I was okay with having to wait a long time but they were quick and lovely to deal with. I am grateful my services switched from Saratoga Springs to this Albany location, the service and staff are certainly improving each time I go in.

Next day got call from someone in management saying they still haven’t looked at my truck. Finally Sept 19 and 20 when I’m in another country I get two calls. One message said to call them back. So I called and called. Finally I left a message to see if t

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM ARMORY CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM FIAT OF ALBANY! They tricked me into a $3,750 extended Zurich warranty on my 2022 Ford Mustang, promising ‘bumper to bumper’ coverage with no catches. The finance guy said, ‘Yeah, so any repair or anything would be covered bumper to bumper’ and ‘If anything goes wrong, bring it back.’ ZERO mention of a $200 deductible per visit. I bought it for peace of mind, thinking I wouldn’t have to worry about fixing stuff myself. Fast forward two months: My car has issues (rear window won’t roll up, water sloshing in the fender from rain getting in). I bring it in for my scheduled appointment, and BAM – they demand $200 upfront. When I call them out, the finance manager admits he ‘doesn’t remember’ telling me about it but then says ‘I think I wo

We visited 2 other local Ram dealerships to solve an ongoing issue with our DEF system-Armony not only got us in right away but found the real issues with our diesel and solved the problem unlike the others. Our truck is running like new! Appreciate you guys! Thomas & Taylor
