The Driver we got was amazing !! He arrived super fast to our location and haul my kids and I to the tire shop we needed to go to so that we could get my new tire put on ….. “heads up if you have kids with you make sure you let the dispatcher know so they can send someone with a crew cab truck to accommodate that need”. 🥰 this company is absolutely amazing I recommend them to anyone who needs assistance!!! (Not sure why others are leaving bad reviews about prices , but if you call at late hours and they come out fast expect to pay an emergency fee as everyone has a family and sleep at night that’s a given I would pay any price to have someone come out and save me and my kids if we were to be broke down On the side of a busy highway)….. again thank you soo much for helping my fam

Highest tow company in the state do not use towed my vehicle 15 miles and was over $400 horrible

These people were absolute life savers. Out of the entire Russellville area these guys were the only ones who were willing to drive up to Ozark National Forest to tow my vehicle. This company was very professional and reliable. Furthermore they exceeded my expectations for excellent customer service. If you are ever in a jam DEFINITELY give them a call.

I had to have my vehicle towed after my alternator went out suddenly after only having it a little over a year. The employee was super nice & he did a good job, but the $200 CALL OUT FEE is RIDICULOUS & EXPLOITATIVE. The $70 for towing was understandable, but the additional “after hours” fee is disgusting, as if anyone can control when they need a tow. Will be calling ANYONE else next time.

Such a bad experience with this guys. No responses. They are really good pointers, but not accountable for any of their mistakes. Only good response from them: I dont know. Thats all 😩
