Arnie's Service Center

I have been looking for a new mechanic for quite some time. Arnie's was referred to me by two different women who did not know each other. Being a woman myself, it meant a lot that they found Arnie's to be trustworthy and reliable. I stopped by and scheduled an appointment with the young lady in the front office. From the moment she started speaking I felt comfortable and she asked all the right questions. She greeted me with a smile, she was polite and professional. The day before my appointment I received a reminder text which I thought was a great touch. The day of my appointment was super easy. I dropped my car off for an oil change and a brake inspection at 8am. They called me in a couple of hours with their findings/estimate then my car was ready around 2pm. As first impressions go,

From helping out with emergancy repairs while I was heading into work to your typical scheduled service I have always left satisfied with Jay and his team. Always explaining what has to get done or what can wait in the moment. I have never felt I have been upsold and I trust their judgement. Reasonable pricing with great communication.

Great first time experience. Shop got me in next day, communicated very well, quality work was competed timely, and pricing was fair! Really appreciated the online portal showing pictures and descriptions of issues with vehicle as well as itemized repair costs.

I followed my mechanic, Sean, here after his previous employee sold the business. I am sure glad that I did. Sean is an excellent mechanic. Raheim took pictures of my car before servicing and sent them to me showing everything before I approved the work. Excellent way of doing business. My car was ready when promised. The shop and waiting room are very clean. Excellent, professional service. I highly recommend.

The workers here are one of the BEST I’ve worked with. I am new to the area and needed work done on my car and the workers here got my car in quickly. They ran a diagnostic on my car, told me what was wrong with it, told me pricing (which wasn’t as expensive as I thought it would be), and then got my car done in 2 days. They were communicative as well all during the process. If you need a great mechanic these guys got you!
