Never thought I’d say the cliche “if I could give zero stars I would,” but here we are. 4-5 years ago I was able to get the original motor for my ‘79 Ford and when I was looking for somewhere to get it rebuilt everyone told me Arnold was the best. So I brought it in. It started off weird when the technician kept trying to talk me into buying a reman engine instead of having the original redone. When I asked what a reman would cost he said probably the same as a rebuild, so I said no I want the original motor. He said it might be a little while since they were behind, but I said that’s ok I’m not in a big rush. A year goes by before I decide to check in. They know their parts. Other parts stores have kids that do not have the knowledge or experience and can only look up parts using a computer. Arnold's staff are incredibly helpful and efficient.

I've always had amazing service at Arnold's Motor Supply of Muscatine. They are quick to ask what u need and get what want when u need it. Rarely have I had to wait for my supplies but under certain circumstances an order would be placed and the very next day it is ready to be picked up. Thanks Muscatine Arnold's. U guys and gals ROCK!

I came in with just an odd problem, a screw I couldn't get out of the bottom part of my reading light. I don't know how he performed this miracle, but the guy in the back did it! Nice people, and I didn't catch his name in the back, but he rocks!
