I have had to go by several times for a sigferant part for different cars. Kelly has been very helpful and very Curtis. Pricing for parts has been very reasonable. I will go again.

Horrible customer service. I called to make sure they had the part I needed and they advised they would have it on the counter for me. I stop in on my lunch break and wait for 15 minutes for my part since it was not put on the counter. I told them since I was on my lunch break I would return for the part. Upon my return 2 hours later, my part was still not on the counter and I again waited another 15 minutes. Needless to say I left without my part and will not return since they do not value my time. I've always found quality in their parts but the service is lacking.
