As a first time DIY guy I replaced all (4) shocks/struts and a compressor with Arnott products on a 2020 GMC Yukon Denali with 114K miles. Interacted with Arnott via telephone to make sure I purchase the correct parts. Their Customer Service (Joshua) and Technical Support (Robert) was TOP NOTCH.

Bought a pair of Mercedes airstruts while they offered lifetime warranty.Ive been already through 3sets and they barely lasts few weeks/months . I really got tired replacing them plus labor costs. No improvement made over the years they keep selling same bs . Idk how these guys are still surviving selling CHINA crap labeled as Made in USA . They DO NOT stand behind their products. Its a shame!👎🏻

I bought two Eibach struts for my GL350 after seeing on Arnott’s website that they were eligible for $80 buyback each under the Core Purchase Program. The boxes even had return labels, but after I lost them and reached out, Arnott said they’re not actually buying back this non-ADS type, even though it was listed before. Their buyback program changes anytime based on demand, so confirm before you buy — don’t count on getting anything back. Honestly, it seems more like a way to collect recyclable struts for refurbishing and resale than a real buyback.

The right side of my front suspension is Arnott, after four years the strut is leaking. The left side is OEM and is 14 years old with 138,000 miles on it and hold air better then the Arnott strut does after 4 years.

Beware that the warranty does not cover labor cost. I bought one of their struts and had it installed and less than a month later it was rattling because the cover had fallen off and the part is defective. Arnott will not pay for labor so that is now an additional $500-$600 expense to have the same job done again because their part quality sucks.
