Absolutely unacceptable experience with Arrigo. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a dealership in my life. Every time I called simply asking for an update on my vehicle, I was met with attitude, hostility, and zero professionalism. Said and Will spoke over me, raised their voices, and eventually hung up on me instead of doing their jobs. When I tried to escalate the situation and speak with a manager, I was left on hold for over 30 minutes with no accountability from anyone. The lack of ethics and customer care here is shocking. After buying a vehicle that has already needed warranty repairs twice in less than two years, you would expect at least basic support — instead, you get treated like an inconvenience.
