I had the worse experience. Came in for a oil change and to have my batteries checked as we would get a code that thw auxiliary port was not charging. Service advisor Arelle asked me if we every had rhw vehicle jumped. I said never had it jumped. After stilling there for 2 hours she comes out to tell me the fuse box is not working and it is not covered under warranty. Could not tell me why it was not covered asked to talk to a manager. He was super rude and the first thing out of his mouth was Chrysler does not cover. Asked why and back to someone must have jumped the vehicle wrong. Have me a quote of 286 for a 69 dollar part. Told her to have it replaced. At 1130 she said she will have me out of there in 30 mins. Well at 1230 I went looking for her. Had three people reach out

No loaner, even for a cancer patient! *Updated Review* Below is my original review. After posting, I was contacted by them, and we were able to arrange a loaner to try to finally get my car fixed. I took the review down while in the process. However, after seemingly getting it fixed, the error once again appeared. They believe it to be the charger/outlet, even though the other EV in my family has no issues. Yet, I was willing to just have them do whatever reset they do to make it go away, then only test with the brand new Chrysler charging cable I purchased. Even though this should be a single overnight with them, they again refused a loaner. As I am still undergoing chemotherapy, and therefore have multiple doctor's appointments I can't just rideshare to, this leaves me with a car with

I have had multiple service encounters with this dealership and would not recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the service representative was extremely rude and unhelpful. After waiting for approximately an hour, I left without receiving any service. Customer service is very important to me, and I do not continue doing business where I feel unwelcome or disrespected.

I had such an amazing experience here! I went in for a regular oil change and tire rotation, and they even gave my car a complimentary wash and topped off my washer fluid! Juan helped me and he was incredibly kind and friendly. Everything was done so quickly! I can’t recommend this place and him enough. I've taken my other cars to different service centers, like Mercedes, and honestly, they just can't compare!

I had an exceptional experience with Juan Gascon at the Arrigo Jeep Service Center. He was friendly, thorough, professional, and an outstanding communicator throughout the entire process. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service at this dealership—they were completely transparent, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
