4.50⭐ CONS: LACK OF COMMUNICATION. Repair date written on the estimate passed. No phone call or text to let me know why this was happening and what a new date might be. PROS ALMOST OUTWEIGH THE CONS: Repairs surpassed any expectations I had. My 2015 Kia Soul looks better today than when I bought it. Passenger side window appears to have a darker tint than the original window. Wasn't expecting that so I'm grateful. Great family owned business. One that I will personally recommend to all of my friends and family. Not only did they give me the lowest possible price. They took time to answer my questions and make sure I understood the process. My vehicle was done on time and looked better than before. Recently, my grandma backed her car into a cable box. It put a small scuff on her bumper and pushed a lower recessed light in about a quarter inch. She took the car to the dealer and they told her they would have to replace the entire bumper and light and also warned her that there could be electrical issues from water getting in the light (light housing was not cracked, only pushed in a bit) if she didn’t get it fixed and gave her an estimate of well over $2k. After I looked at her car, I assured her if she wasn’t worried about the cosmetic scuff, there was no reason to fix anything but we would get a second opinion.
