Arrow and Hook Towing

Needing a tow can be stressful but once I got connected with Kenan at Arrow and Hook Towing I knew I was on the right path. He was a great communicator and gave me clear expectations on timing which were spot on. Once arriving he quickly hooked the car up and was on his way. He even sent me a photo of the vehicle once it was dropped off so I knew that it made it. I really appreciate the great service and will absolutely reach out for future needs.

Arrow & Hook crew is THE BEST! I was dealing with an emotional, stressful haul away of a heavy, non running non donate-able conversion van that I’d been trying to handle for over 3 YEARS! I was recommended to A&H by another company that they’d done a great job for and in less than a week, my clunker was gone!!! The driver was so kind and empathetic and did a fantastic job! Seamless, professional and most importantly kind service. Very fair pricing and clear communication. I had to have my car towed from a dealership to a specialty mechanic so I was not present during the loading/unloading making it a little more stressful. Arrow and Hook were extremely communicative and immediately gained my trust. Made a stressful situation more comfortable. 10/10 recommend.

Requiring a tow is never fun, especially on a Friday evening when nothing has seemingly gone right all week. After breaking down on I-5, I feel very fortunate to have found Arrow and Hook towing. I spoke with a Gentleman by the name of Keenan. Hands down, this was the best possible circumstance for me (after dealing with a not so ideal evening). No beating around the bush, no frills, no gimmicks - very upfront and helpful! I don't plan to break down again anytime soon, but if I do, I will certainly use this company again! I would like to extend a big thank you to Keenan and the Arrow and Hook family. Breaking down on the Interstate is not a safe situation, I feel thankful for getting back home, safe and sound. 🙏

The owner was great. Everyone I had called was 3 hours out but Kenene was there in 20 minutes. more then fair and I was happy to pay him. Will use again. donot be afraid to call him. you'll be glad you did.
