On 06/03/2024, I had my windshield replaced by Arrow Glass. Within 24 hours of the replacement, I observed the following issues: *My emission and inspection stickers were not placed back on the windshield but were instead handed to me in pieces. *The plastic molding on both sides of the windshield was broken. *The windshield cracked. *Roof lining around rear view mirror covered with black fingerprints. *The rearview mirror fell off. I communicated these issues to Arrow Glass’s warranty department, specifically with a representative named Denise. Initially, Denise agreed to honor the warranty and replace the windshield. However, she later retracted her decision when she tried to gaslight me into thinking she was doing me a favor. Unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend anyone do busin
I was slated for one of the later appointments which is fine. What isn’t fine is that when I went to drive for the first time since getting my windshield replaced I noticed glass fines all over my dash and more particularly over my two vents. I also noticed black specks on my seats which were foam-like. Finally, my car starter was dangling from the mirror. I’ve had my windshield replaced previously with another company and didn’t have any of these issues. I think the job was done sloppy and the techs need to vacuum their messes before rendering a job finished. There is also zero reason why my car starter attachment should have been dangling. Long Story Short....i owned my truck for just 2 months and ended with a cracked windshield from a summer storm. My auto insurance was great handled the whole thing set me up with Arrow for a replacement. 2 days later new windshield along with that a nickel size hole in the A pilar less then 4 inches away from the windshield. This hole is the first thing you see from either inside or outside of he truck. I talked to the tech who did the install he assured me it was not him and it was not there during the installation. Ok so in less than 10 minutes this hole formed on its own. Called the company direct dealt with a very nice lady who handles complaints. A couple of email exchanges and two pictures of the damage area she quickly concluded it was not there fault. Not only was she very nice but
I called safelite and they ask me $420 for a windshield and they wouldn't provide the service at home . I contacted Arrow and they provided the service at my house next day, the installer managed to remove carefully the inspection stickers and stick em on the new windshield all in an impresive short time and i only pay $275. Big money difference with great service. I would truly recommend Arrow.
Save yourself a headache and go through Safelight. Had a cracked windshield and filed a claim through my insurance agency. They listed Arrow Auto Glass as an option so I went with them. Scheduled their tech to come replace my windshield while I was at work on 3/27. They called and said the part didn't come in and had to reschedule for the next day 3/28. Completely understandable. The next day arrived, and I had a missed call and voicemail saying the part still didn't come in and had to reschedule. So I called back to reschedule, and the lady apologized but said the reason was that the technician called in sick. So one of those reasons was a lie. So I rescheduled again for the next day 3/29. 3/29 arrives and the technician didn't call me within the 7am-9am time window that they told me. So
