I had an amazing experience at Arrow Truck Sales! I bought my truck from Matt Quick, and the process was incredibly smooth. The finance and insurance manager, Shelby, was extremely helpful, and the branch manager, Charlie, made everything hassle-free. They also have a comfortable waiting area with free water, and they're bilingual with signs in English, Uzbek, and Russian. They helped me get my truck very quickly. Highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a truck!

I worked with Matthew Quick in the purchase of my 2021 Kenworth T680, and I have to say it was a great experience. Matt took time to address my questions and ease and apprehension about purchasing my first truck as an owner/operator. Shelby was fantastic explaining questions I had with my closing documents. I sat in her office and slowly read each document, asked questions, got details, and overall she was exceptional addressing each of my inquiries or concerns. The day I came to pickup my tractor I spoke with Charlie, the manager. We spoke for about 10 minutes and he shared his wisdom in the trucking/transportation industry. Great pointers from him. Asked to show them the deed to my house (Bob) because they they couldn’t believe I was 100% debt free with 720 credit score only two credit cards( both up to date)and no credit payment history besides my Credit card. he ask how many cars I owned and how much I paid for them . Actually told me he was jealous. And it showed … this guy wanted me to put down 50% . Truly didn’t want to work with me but you guys figure out why this place is a joke. Could have bought the truck cash honestly but for what when I my background shows I’m good with managing money . If this behavior is normal fine. What’s meant to be is meant to be Arrow trucks sales just not for me .
