This place had great service and reasonable prices! They quickly helped getting my car repaired, and it looks great again.

The owner dealt with the insurance company and was very prompt when doing so. I was notified about everything that was discussed and given a good time estimate of when the car would be ready. I was worried that the paint job would be an obvious indicator that my bumper and fender were crashed into and that they were not a part of the original factory product, but the color matched and my car looks as good as ever!

So unprofessional, rude! This auto shop came to my home to give me an estimate. They promised me they would give me an estimate in two days. After 3 days, I called back & they told me the guy who is supposed to give me an estimate was not available. They promised they would call again in a couple days. After almost two weeks later they told me they would send another person to give me an estimate. In the meantime I could of gave my business elsewhere but I was referred from a friend so I wanted to stick with this business. I regret even trying & wasting my time. It’s a shame business like this take advantage of good paying customers like myself. Don’t waste your time here, they are very unorganized. In the end, I’m happy that I didn’t do business with them. I own a dealership and have used Artesia Auto Body for several years now as well as have referred friends and family and they have always been responsive and have performed quality work that is done in a timely fashion. It is challenging to find shops like this these days. I would highly recommend Artesia Auto Body for late model cars to classics!

I am so so happy with the work done here. It’s so hard to find an honest body shop. These guys did an A+ job fixing up my passenger side door, my bumper and all the scratches... and at a great price!
