In November 2025 I took my car to Artie’s Collision after a minor fender bender, and overall, I’m satisfied with the experience. First, the front of the show was bright and clean. The staff (especially Brian) was friendly and professional, and they took the time to explain the repair process clearly. They handled the insurance claim from start to finish including setting up a rent a car. I did not have to make one phone call to arrange anything. My insurance company contacted me. The Rent-A-Car place also contacted me. The estimate was fair, and my insurance paid the claim. The work itself was solid. The paint matched perfectly, and the car looks almost brand new again.
