Amazing small hometown feel….After scheduling a Western pro plus install I ran into a hiccup and had to then reschedule only 2 days before appointment. Everyone I spoke to was still very kind and told me no problem. I was told they needed to plan for a full day to install on my 21 year old truck. To my surprise they were done in what seemed like half a day. The installation was very professionally done I am so happy with the results. Another business I deal with in my hometown 1 & 1/2 hours away from Traverse City had 4 installs on there trucks and highly recommended Art’s. I was looking for a light plow for my Jeep Wrangler and they had a nice Light duty one that fit up nice. Bought it there, and had them install it. Seems good so far!

Had a great experience at Arts auto with my 2020 GMC Denali. They put an amazing mvp3 plow in stainless steal on and it looks amazing. It was adjusted to perfection and looks great. I bought my plow from Aarts Auto & Truck Parts about a year ago, and I recently ran into a problem when a hydraulic line blew out while I was out plowing snow. Not thinking much about the warranty, I just went straight to Aarts, assuming they’d have the part I needed. When I asked about getting a tech to fix it, considering it was the dead of winter, I was ready to pay whatever it took to get it fixed on the spot. But here’s where Aarts really impressed me: not only did they have the part, but when I mentioned the issue, the guy at the counter checked with their service team and came back with the best news I could’ve asked for. He told me that since the plow was only a year old, it was still under warranty—and the repair wouldn’t cost me a thing. I honestly didn’t expect that. Within 25

Always had great service and they normally carry better quality than the box stores. I'm not here much because of deliveries but most times chatty Kathy strikes up a conversation about something. Great parts guy, but how does Bill get anything done during the average day? 🤔
