This place fixed what I thought was my tire but was actually the stem that was causing my tire to go flat after traveling to Forsyth! I had new tires put on last month at Subaru had this same tire go flat get ruined and then replaced and Subaru couldn't tell me why or just thought I ran over a nail and did not take my concerns seriously. Driving to Forsyth again same thing happens on another new tire. Subaru tells me the same thing. Luckily this time arts tires was open and I was able to bring it in. I was taken care of quickly, listened to my concerns and found the issue and even better did it all on the house. Subaru missed the issue multiple times and it took the mechanics less than 30 minutes at arts to find the problem and fix it. Just a reminder that small local shops do a great job

These guys are just amazing! Had a big ole nail through the tire after a roadtrip. Wouldn't even hold air for two hours. Dropped it off after hours and they literally walked through our door at 9 am the next morning and handed us our keys. Great ownership! Great service!

We needed new tires on our boat trailer while driving on the interstate. We pulled in to the garage, and 3 people came to greet us like a NASCAR crew. 2 removed the old tires and replaced with new correct ones, and one welded the broken bracket for the spare tire. We were on our way in less than and hour, and the bill was very reasonable.

Had the displeasure of needing this shop’s service last summer after getting a flat on the highway just east of Forsyth. Rode in on a spare and had them replace the flattened tire with a new one, which they did in about 5 minutes. I asked for their cheapest tire, since I planned on changing my set soon anyhow. I couldn’t believe my ears when he told me that a single Cooper Discoverer all-weather tire cost $400. Of course, knowing these tires are only $150, objected. I was then given the ultimatum to buy it cash for $350. In my experience, any shop willing to offer incentives to go cash-only are up to no good. I got a lot of disrespect from the guy and he unwavering on a $400 price tag (I don’t carry cash). All that being said, it says a lot about someone who actively takes advantage

Would be more stars if I could. Had to get four new tires while on a road trip. Price was very fair and we were in and out in an hour. Customer service was top notch.
