Great customer service— they did exactly what I needed after I got into a collision with another car. Anwar was very understanding and kind throughout the entire process, which made everything much less stressful. The paint job after fixing my dents and scratches was beautiful; my car looked like it was never touched. I didn’t catch the name of the technician who worked on my car, but I’m very grateful for their work. I would definitely go back to them again if I ever need repairs in the future.

So awesome. Came in all panicky because my car engine was lighting and AC not working with my newborn in the car. They didn’t hesitate helping this mommy out at all. When all the other shops said they couldn’t help me with a front bumper repair, A’s Automotive came through and at a ridiculously fair price too! Lexus said they could only replace my entire front bumper for over $4500, and other shops wouldn’t even touch the bumper without a full replacement, but A’s was able to provide me with a clean quick fix for under $100. Customer service is great! Received a response and a solid quote in under 20 minutes, they took me in same day, and I was out within an hour! Absolutely recommend this shop for their honest and hard work as well as being able to accommodate me within the same day, I will definitely be going back for any type of work needed on my car.

I found a great, honest mechanic in Honolulu! I've had my share of bad mechanics on the mainland so it's refreshing to find one who does what they promise for a fair price. For my 2008 Toyota Highlander, I needed to replace the brake rotors and pads. I bought the parts since I wanted to do the project myself but I couldn't find the time so I called A's Automotive. Mr. Anwar is an experienced mechanic who was able to replace the brake rotors, replace the brake pads, bleed the brake system, and rotate the tires within a few hours. He gave me a quote for the repairs before he did them and he did not add any surprise repair charges when he finished the work.
