After 16 years, my trust and enthusiasm for ASAP has not dimmed. Ron has been a trusted advisor and has never let me down. Over the years, I’ve gotten to know Noe, and more recently, Shaun. My recent visit was for my 2017 Ford Fusion, and they did great! Good advice on needed service, and no upselling like the dealers! I plan to continue relying on ASAP, and have given my endorsement to family and friends without reservation. Thank you ASAP!!!

One thing that is hard to find these days is a mechanic that is honest. My family has had a history of getting scammed by mechanics not owning up to their mistakes. I am super skeptical about going to any mechanic. I am glad to say this shop is not the same as other mechanics. They made a mistake ( we all do) and they had no problem owning up to it and sticking with the original estimate. Noe and the team did a great job with my clutch replacement. The car shifts like butter. Great place! The only thing I would recommend is maybe incorporate daily update calls to the customers. It is stressful to be carless ( and dealing with the inconvenience of having to rent a car) and a daily update would greatly reduce the stress involved with car repairs. I had an extremely positive experience. What turned into extreme stress quickly turned into relief in which I was able to get repairs the same day. Noe truly made my day in which he was attentive, friendly, honest, as well as showed proof of what issues my car had. Staff were very friendly, caring, honest, hardworking, as well understanding. This will definitely become my regular go-to for car repairs/check ups.

My husband has been bringing our cars to Asap Automotive and Noey for many years. My husband is now disabled and I have had to take over the responsibilities of caring for our cars. The service and kind attention that we’ve been given from everyone at Asap has been unbelievable. Noey will reach out and just check on my husband from time to time via text. I had our car at ASAP last week and when the car was ready for me to pick up, I needed to figure out how I was going to pick it up. Noey said no problem and showed up at my door with his technician to drop my car off. This is beyond a great repair shop. These are honest, kind, and caring individuals who do everything they can to make a difference for their customers.

The team at ASAP is friendly, polite, and communicative — they follow up well and explain things clearly. That said, I’ve had two experiences that made me lose trust. Once they recommended replacing my wife’s car battery even though it was only a few months old. We skipped it, and a year later the same battery still works fine (AAA confirmed it was healthy). More recently, they gave me a long list of “urgent” service items, many of which had already been done during my 60k service. When I brought it up to Ron, he said it wasn’t in CARFAX — but CARFAX isn’t always complete, and they didn’t check with me first. That’s not okay. They’re nice people, but unless you’re very familiar with your car’s maintenance history, be cautious about their recommendations.
