ASAP Towing & Recovery

ASAP Towing near Factory Town is, in my opinion, an absolute disgrace of a towing company. The entire setup feels like a coordinated trap — fake-looking “parking agents” lurking around just to call a tow the moment you step away. It’s almost impossible to believe this is anything other than a predatory money-grab operation. And it gets worse: when I went to pick up my car, the office was completely deserted. Their own posted rules say owners must have access to their vehicle in emergencies like medication, kids’ items, or house keys. They ignore their own policies while leaving people stranded and helpless. It’s infuriating and completely unprofessional. Based on my experience, this business runs in a way that feels shady, unethical, and abusive to the public. I strongly believe ASAP Towin

Evil scammers! As i read other reviews it seems this is not the first time they do this. For miami music week at factory town they had fake parking workers charging $25 to secure a parking spot and watch the car for you.As soon as you pay and leave they towed everyones car . They work with the fake parking workers to make tow money. pure evil ,but karma always has its way of coming back though. I also filed a police report and informed factory of this tow company and the fake workers. Heres the photos of everyone waiting to get their cars

Obviously most people reviewing this company have probably been towed due to a parking violation as was I. This post is not hostile due to the fact of my negligence but rather this companies. After paying over 300 dollars to release my car that was only in the lot for 4 hours I was rushed out as they did a mass towing from an event. My car was accessed without the key which felt like a violation but that was the least of my issues my car was damaged in multiple locations due to improper removal of a dollie. I tried to get this resolved immediately but was told that this is now a civil court issue. Instead of owning up to their mistakes I’m now forced to take legal action against this corrupt business.

Horrible. These people stole my car, and then crashed it into somebody’s home, nearly killing two children. My car was totaled. Instead of resolving the situation, they gave me the run around for many days. I had to reach out many times directly to the owner. The secretary gave me attitude. These people are very unprofessional and are just looking to make money.

Avoid this towing company! I have very long story and this is just shortly info. They tried to scam me with a fake $250 fee, refused to provide an invoice, and were extremely rude. Only accepted cash or Zelle to a personal account. Both they and I called the police—their officer refused to intervene, and it seemed like they were working together (just my opinion, no direct proof). Only after my officer got involved did they remove the fake charge. My car was scratched while in their lot. Dishonest and unprofessional. STAY AWAY from these scammers! If your car gets towed by them, document everything, demand a proper invoice, and be prepared for lies and intimidation. Better yet, avoid dealing with them entirely if possible!
