Wouldn’t recommend for service. Took my truck in for warranty work many times. One of the first times was for a leaking wheel seal. They replaced the brakes on one side left the other side go. The last time I was in I asked them to install 2 factory rocker switches that needed to be programmed to the truck. Was quoted one hour which was $145.00 no problem because I wanted the factory look and didn’t want to install a switch panel for the emergency lighting. Called 3-4 hours later with a $550.00 bill why you may ask... because of an uneducated employee ran up the hours because he was unfamiliar with what he was doing. I paid the bill they gave a small discount because they knew they were in the wrong for not calling and informing me it was going to be over the $145 quote. At the time of the

Waited 1.5 years for a new international hv607 and since owning it 1 year is has been in the shop 9 weeks with issues… Coolant leak, several motor oil leaks, transmission leaks, clutch slipping, electrical issues, and AC not working. Reading 5 star, or what is now Ascendence trucks is not doing anything to compensate for the truck being down over 2 months. This truck is still not fixed correctly, and I don’t think will ever be. No one should ever have to go through what I have been through with this truck.

They don't deserve even 1 star ... very in unprofessional, I took my truck there for a simple issue of ABS sensors. They keep my truck in for one week and still was not able to fix the problem. Very bad experience, I will never recommend this nonsense place to someone.

Bought a caliper for my truck,it was leaking through the bleeder nut,took it back the same day charged me for another caliper when it wasn't my fault that it was leaking to begin with. Now I have to wait for them to get credit so they can credit me back! Crazyyyyy will never ever buy anything from them ever again,ever their service and polices suck
