Those guys are awesome Professionals, dedicated and very knowledgeable. First time in a dealer shop that I feel like my home mechanic. The are very attentive and willing to solve any problem on the truck. They worked fast and great. About price charge. Well as fair as a dealer price. But they take care of everything. Vincent at the office And Dave, the star mechanic made it possible I was able to do my delivery on time despite my engine was broke down.

Bob that answers the phone in the service department. Conducts his job very unprofessional. Not one not two not three, but numerous times he said stuff to me just to get me off the phone. Said that he will check with his technician and call me back and never call. Said he will give me the part number and a half an hour and never called me back. I asked him about the bill He lied to me and said that the boss looked over it and it is what it is. Which I was told by Vincent. Earlier that day that the boss was on vacation and would not be able to respond to me immediately. Mr BOB is not doing his job. Why even answer the phone if you don’t wanna communicate the right way with the people. To whoever owns this business, Mr. Bob is a major red flag on conducting business with customers. I’ve been

I wanted to let the company know that Paul in your Parts Department is amazing to work with. He is always ready to assist me with anything and EVERYTHING I need. When I'm not sure of something, he faxes or emails me lists and diagrams, etc. He gets me my parts in a timely manner all the time. Paul is knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. People are always posting negative things and never positive. I felt that it shouldn't go unnoticed of what an amazing employee you have.
