Beware - Unless you want your rig to catch fire from the calipers, then don’t go here. Long story short, paid over $7,000 for brakes, rotors, an 84 point inspection, some wires needing repaired, and a few other small things. $4000 in labor charges for the front right caliper to catch fire and leave us stranded for hours. Had to get a hotel for 5 days (which we were reimbursed) as we sold our home and living in the rig until our home was built in NC. The “technicians” noticed the old rotors were hot as well as cracked but did not think it was a good idea to replace the calipers. The Harrisburg location requested it be towed from York since they have more “experienced technicians” in order to fix the York locations mistake. I’ve spoken with Steve who feels since they replaced the front tire

Five Star International of York has had at least one outstanding mechanic. The mechanic I am speaking of does his repairs right and doesn't just try to get trucks quickly back out on the road. It is very hard to find a really good mechanic who actually does quality work and cares about the safety of the drivers and others on the road. I will definitely recommend Steve with five stars.

This place deserves 5 stars. I had my truck fix here. With no wait time to inshop. Not very expensive like other places. The guy in the front desk is very nice.

Great service department, specially Matt or max ,they took care of my truck from a defective fix from Rotex of Laredo ,even saved me money on the Expedited shipping, honestly goes a long way and special big up to the mechanic that did the repair a very nice welcoming old man that took the time to explain me all the repair process.. 5 out of 5 Thanks

There parts personnel where very knowledgeable they took the time to research through the part numbers to find me the right part.
