Ascension Towing & Recovery

Service lady was very rude and put me on hold in the middle of me talking. The information they give out is very vague and the attitude of the woman on the phone was unpleasant. I do not recommend useing this tow company at all.

Excellent company! I explained my situation and they did everything I could've hoped for. The driver communicated directly with me if there were questions or concerns. Upon dropping the vehicle they took extra care to park it efficiently and securely, even ensuring I didn't have to leave work. I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied. Thank you Ascension towing!

I was stranded on the highway, crying harder than my car’s radiator, when Ascension towing and recovery showed up. The driver hooked me up so fast I thought I was on a NASCAR pit crew. He even offered me a bottle of water and told me my bumper wasn’t that ugly. 10/10 would break down again just to hang out with these heroes!

Make sure you don’t ever call this company on side of the road and in distress. The call center worker was just so nonchalant and rude during a stressful time it’s literally ridiculous! Not being from this area and doing my best to tell her exactly where the car was, this girl proceeded to mock me and make nasty remarks. I just floored! Customer service is deplorable. If you don’t have patience or even the least bit of empathy in this field, she definitely shouldn’t be employed here smh

I can’t even begin to express how amazing this company is! If I could, I’d give it a whopping 100 stars! Mark Stockton from Ascension Towing is truly a lifesaver! He worked wonders getting a massive daycare van out of a super tight and bustling coffee shop parking lot during rush hour. Seriously, if you ever find yourself in need of a tow, you absolutely need to call Mark—he’s the best in the game!
