Good friend on the skilled rehab service. The therapists and several of the techs are doing a great job. She is a week in and has yet to meet her doctor at all (I actually looked up law about that one). There are only 2 choices. The building is old with no internet connection available, etc. They were very slow (days) getting her care set up. Doing considerably better now. Still no care conference, at least that she has been invited to - possibly because no initial medical assessment?

The Ashland clinic is amazing! They are kind, easy to talk to, people. Every time I call or go to the office I always feel welcomed and cared for. I know some people are reading this and are like "duh your cared for it's a Drs office." Well let me tell you I have spent a lot of time in all kinds of Drs offices and this one is the best I have ever been to. I always feel heard and always get great care here. So thank you all of you at the Ashland office you all are amazing.

Called the front desk to drop off a package for a resident and they were very rude and didn’t even come to the door to grab it. I could also hear the front desk lady talking about me through the phone. I had to physically wave down a nurse to get their attention so I could have this package dropped off. They also wouldn’t allow me to talk to the resident through the window 6ft away and with a mask on. As soon as the nurse opened the door it immediately reeked of urine as well. Would not recommend this place, it may have been good at one time but it definitely isn’t now.

I got great care and lots of support. Their Rehab dept is wonderful. The nurses were great.
