Asian American Auto

This shop installed new headlights in my car. When I was leaving, one of the techs said "If the bulbs fall out, just come back, and well take care of you". I thought that was strange, I'd never heard a shop say that before. approximately 2 weeks later I drive up to TN, and the drivers side bulb falls out of the housing and melts the wiring harness. I brought it to a local shop, and they said whoever installed the lights did an awful job, and that I should not go back to them. I called Asian American Auto and spoke with Jimmy. He told me it's not their fault, and that I should've brought it back to them. I told him that I'm in TN, and that I'm not going to drive back to FL with no headlights just for him to look at the issue in person. He laughed at me, and said he will not refund me. Then

****Check your fluids and car parts, BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I had two radiator hoses replaced and was charged 200$ total with coolant refilled. A few months later I noticed :(( The radiator was filled with WATER. I went back today, for them to rectify the issue and the owner refused and insisted on charging 140$ to flush and refill it when I had already paid for that. NOT NICE Bro!!! Shameful!!

Very easy fix for a cigarette lighter blown fuse! In and out within 10 minutes! I didn't want to do it myself because I may have screwed it up! Easy peas y!

I had an excellent experience with Asian American Auto. Jimmy was able to diagnose and fix a problem with my ABS actuator. A part I was told could only be repaired at the dealership. These guys know their stuff and are committed to customer service. The shop and waiting area were super clean too. You will not be disappointed with choosing them to work on your car/truck. I know I'll be using them again in the future.

Charged for installation that they couldn't perform at twice the cost, also charged for tire disposal, which they didn't perform. Because, they said they could not get the tires on the car, but charged double. This is not a tire shop, goto St. Lucie Tire. Next, they tried a bait and switch by morethan doubling the cost of their estimate from $125 to $291 to install a wheel hub. Last but not least, the chief mechanic definitely has a negative attitude, very poor customer service attitude, borderline nasty! These guys are not worth the risk of referring to anyone who you value! Two thumbs down!, I stand by my comments. McDaniel
