Very friendly service. I arrived early for my appointment, and I was helped as soon as I arrived. I was treated very kindly although I was only there for a state inspection. Will definitely go back next time I need repairs. Thank you!

Appointment needed. Usually pretty quick. Very friendly and nice guys. I like that I can ask them a question and they all listen and have some input to get to an answer. Offer resolutions to my problem even if it is something they can't fix..they'll offer up someone else that can fix it.

I had an excellent experience with Aspen Tire & Auto today. My vehicle requires road force balancing of the wheels (hard to find a reliable place in this area that offers this service; the dealership offers it but doesn’t fit the requirement of being reliable). I called late afternoon yesterday and they scheduled me for the next morning. I arrived slightly early and Brett had his technician immediately begin on my vehicle. Aspen quickly performed the work (less than 45-minutes; whereas I waited for more than 2-hours at the dealership for the same service last time I had this service performed) and explained how the balancing went. The guys at Aspen are always friendly and professional. They educate you on all of your options on repairs and will always ask before doing something that may cost a little extra. They were super busy today and gave me an estimate of noon for a diagnosis - they called me by 9:30am because they had a chance to squeeze me in. Truly excellent service.

Purchased a vehicle and wanted to get a new set of tires on it. I called Aspen less than 2 hours before they closed and they squeezed me in. Very knowledgeable and made a great recommendation while also explaining clearly all the perks. Didn’t charge for the alignment because it was in good shape. Personable and made a great experience for us by fitting us into their schedule.
