It is sad and disappointing to see people writing bad reviews. I have only made a few purchases with them and I have had good service. We have become very impatient as a society and small businesses trying to succeed to not always have the resources to handle things as quickly as possible. We used to have to wait 4-6 weeks after ordering something from a catalog. With that being said, I had to call for an issue that was probably my fault and they answered the phone immediately and helped immediately. Please trust that your order is safe with these wonderful young business people. Thank you Aspire for your great add ons to my 4Runner. I appreciate you.

Ordered a roof rack over 2 weeks ago, nothing mentioned on website related to wait times. After one week got an update that the order was being prepared. Have reached out by phone/email/messenger/instagram and received no response. Called as soon as they opened and got the “we’re busy helping another customer or away from office” message every time. Read mostly good reviews and was confident the were an upstanding company but I don’t believe that is the case. I will give it a few more days and see if there is any update. If not, I will dispute the charge and open a case with the better business bureau. I have already reach out to the manufacturer to let them know.

Tundra raptor light came defective. Aspire Auto took care and reship another. Good overall !! Will buy again from this seller!
