Associated Tow

The individual who answers the phone is quite unprofessional and very dismissive. I called asking for towing services regarding parking rules being violated not knowing my apartment complex paused towing services. No notice was sent out. Right off the bat whoever answered the phone was short tempered, rude, and overall does not have any customer service experience. If a job makes you that miserable, go find a different career.

Unfortunately, I was forced to contact a towing company when someone parked in my assigned space, leaving me with nowhere else to park. What should have been a straightforward, routine service immediately became uncomfortable when I realized I was again dealing with the same individual, Jimmy. Rather than handling the call professionally, he was immediately rude, dismissive, and antagonistic. He went out of his way to resurrect a prior incident—one in which I was wrongfully towed—despite it being entirely unrelated to the situation at hand. This fixation on past grievances is not only unprofessional, but inappropriate for someone representing a business entrusted to operate within residential communities. Jimmy from Associated Tow is extremely unprofessional, my car was towed wrongfully which the apartment complex I reside at stated it was wrongfully towed. Jimmy wanted to be extremely rude and unprofessional ok the phone when speaking to me on releasing my car. Calling me out of my name and stating he was at home after towing it not even an hour ago and for me to figure it out. After being requested by the complex to release my car he still refused. I don’t know if there is a manager over Jimmy but he is extremely unprofessional. I will be telling people not to do business here.

Most negative reviews seem to come from people who were already in the wrong. Associated Tow doesn’t just randomly tow cars. Either there was an accident or parking rules were broken. The driver is just doing his job and doesn’t deserve to be treated poorly for it.
