1 star. Terrible experience. We called this place before driving and asked multiple times if the part was in stock. The person on the phone said yes, yes, yes — it’s available, come over. He confirmed it at least three times. We drove over 2 hours to get there, only to be told the part was NOT available. When we tried to explain that we were told on the phone that the part was in stock, the manager’s attitude was extremely rude. Instead of taking responsibility, he basically said it’s not his problem, acted dismissive, and spoke to us in a disrespectful way — as if we were stupid for trusting what his own staff said. Complete waste of time and gas. Unprofessional, dishonest, and zero accountability. Do NOT trust what they tell you on the phone.
