Walked in the shop with a bad transmission, withing a few days this guys fully rebuilt my 10 speed with a OEM rebuilt kit, valve body was still in great shape so they only ordered what was needed. I contacted this shop the Sunday before MLK Day about a serious shifter problem. I spoke with a woman who said they would be open on MLK Day, could send a tow in the morning, and could work on my car. On MLK Day, I called, left a message, and called back a few more times. For a while it even felt like the phone might be disconnected. About an hour later, a gentleman finally called back and told me he had two other people to drop off with his tow truck, then he would come get my vehicle and be at my house within an hour. He never showed up. Two hours later I called again, and there was no answer. I called a few more times and the phone started doing the same strange thing it had done the day before. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a mechanic shop they did so much work to my car and very efficiently it was only three days and they fixed my transmission and motor issues and did my tune up and basically made my car feel brand new again
