HORRIBLE customer service! We had two vehicles tinted however they left bubbles on one side of my husband’s truck. We spoke with the owner/manager at least 3 times who told us to bring the truck back at business opening and they would take care of it, however they Never showed up each time. Today we waited 1 1/2 hrs and they never showed up, voice mail wasn’t set up and no one answered calls. Several others were in the parking lot waiting as well and unfortunately, they also had tint issues and were told to arrive at business opening and the matter would be rectified however no one ever showed up. They were probably watching us on camera so just never came. Do NOT go here. Not worth the hassle. Business is also dirty.
Went in for a back glass replacement on my truck. Guy took 2 hours and had my AC on blast the whole time they did my truck. AC hasn’t been the same ever since that day. They also didn’t bother vacuuming my truck after tearing off the old glass so i was left with glass pieces all over my truck bed and back seat. Would not go again unless it is an emergency.
Brought in a car straight from the dealership with one hour to spare before closing and they accommodated us with great service and stay two hours after to complete the job! And they are very affordable
DO NOT GO HERE. I brought my truck for a new windshield and they didn't seal it. Not only did it make wind noise, but the rubber molding flew off. I brought it back for them to fix, and they didn't want to replace the glass. They tried to remove the original glass and cracked it a bit, but glued that one back on anyway. Black sticky glue is absolutely everywhere and there is a wrinkle in the rubber molding. It was supposed to glue the rubber molding on top of the black plastic trim under the hood, but didn't do that. So now the black trim flaps around.
Had a great experience here as always. Same day service for a windshield replacement and I was only there for maybe a lil over an hour. This is the only place my family and I visit for windshield repair or replacement. They never let us down
